Incoming Call Routing is now available on numbers from your own Twilio account
Numbers assigned through the Twilio provider offered a Call Forwarding Number field but no way to choose what happened to an incoming call. The four routing options that Managed Dialer numbers have are now on those screens too, with help text stating exactly what the platform does.

An automation's Assign step no longer reports success when the contact did not move
An automation step assigning a contact to a group used to show Completed even though the contact never moved, naming an owner who had not changed. Assigning to a group now actually works, a step that cannot assign reports Failed and says why, the contact is left exactly as it was found, and the assignment is recorded as the automation's own rather than credited to a person who did nothing.

A mapped Phone Type column was being applied loosely — several types were quietly turned into "Mobile", and on contacts already in your account the type was dropped altogether and showed as "Other". The type in the file is now the type on the contact.

A PDF or other file attached to an email a contact sent you was silently dropped during sync — only embedded images were kept. Regular attachments on newly synced emails are now stored and show up on the email.
