Follow Up Boss sync now separates a spouse’s or other related person’s email addresses and phone numbers from the client’s own details. Related people receive their own contacts with typed relationship links.
We also fixed primary phone numbers changing during repeated CRM syncs and prevented shared phone numbers from combining contacts with different Follow Up Boss identities.
